David and Victoria Beckham Feel Like Newlyweds Again

Victoria Beckham and David Beckham are more in love than ever - all thanks to baby Harper.

Our fave celeb couple have gone all gooey since the birth of their first daughter, telling pals they feel like they're in a new honeymoon period.

Smitten Becks, 36, has even been showering Victoria with gifts, running her bubble baths and cooking her romantic meals.

Posh's domestic bliss comes at a time when she's been showcasing her latest collection at New York Fashion Week - her first business trip since having Harper on 10 July.

The 37-year-old wowed critics with her show on Sunday, but insiders say Victoria couldn't wait to get back to ‘normal' life in Malibu with David and the kids.

‘Harper's made them feel like newlyweds again,' says the source.

‘She's rejuvenated the marriage.

'It wasn't that there were any problems - Victoria just felt they'd lost some sparkle, as any couple who've been married for over 10 years would.

'But now that Harper's brought out David's softer side again, all the romance has come flooding back.'

Victoria Beckham Dishes on Her Sporty, ‘Away from the Body’ Collection

In the past 4 years, Victoria Beckham has made a name for herself as a serious designer, and this season Beckham really came into her own with a melange of sporty chic looks and a sophisticated runway show.

We had sort of been looking forward to hearing Beckham narrate her presentation, as she’s done in the past, and while that didn’t happen, we were pleased to see that she kept the intimate feeling with a small show at the New York Public Library–and that she sat front row amongst guests for the duration of it.

Though the runway show was certainly successful, the designer told us afterwards that it wasn’t her first choice. “It was very important for me to observe the silences so I had no choice this season [but to do a show instead of a presentation] because of the schedule,” she said.

Indeed, before the show started a bell gonged, and everyone took a moment of silence to remember the moment the second plane hit the towers on 9/11. It was a somber start for a collection of clothes that were steeped in vitality: bold color-blocked dresses in sleek silhouettes exerted themselves on the runway, while shiny, sportswear-inspired jackets seemed to literally light up the library. It’s the latter that Beckham is most excited about: “I love those coats,” she enthused after the show, “they are really beautiful to touch.”

The voluminous coats and the sporty accents were a welcome departure from the structured body-contouring looks of Beckham’s previously collections. “Last season we started to play with volume and really move out of the body,” she said. “This season, I really wanted to push ourselves fashion-wise, while still giving our customers what they want. I wanted to loosen the clothes up, while still staying true to our signature.”

Similarly, the bags–which have been selling like crazy–are much looser and unstructured this season. “For instance we’ve taken the Victoria bag, which has been a great seller, and really squished it up and made it more practical,” Beckham explained.

Our favorite, though, had to be the bright orange tote bag, done up in sumptuous leather–the perfect everyday bag for a busy career woman and mother, something Beckham no doubt knows a thing or two about, having delivered baby Harper Seven just two months ago. “It was very hectic [this season] but you know…I say it every season, its hard for every working mom out there. I love what I do and I have a very good team of people.”

Victoria Beckham: I've Earned An Easy Baby

Victoria Beckham feels she's 'earned' an easy baby this time round as her sons were such hard work.

The fashion designer and her soccer star husband David Beckham welcomed daughter Harper Seven into the world in July. They already have sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, nine, and six-year-old Cruz, and Victoria has found the new addition surprisingly easy to look after.

'She only wakes once a night. Listen, I've earned an easy one. Those boys - obviously I love them to bits - but they were hard work,' she laughed.

Victoria was speaking at the unveiling of her Spring/Summer 12 line at New York Fashion Week. She was either pregnant or a new mother while working on the collection but insists that didn't impact her too much.

''Ive had to develop a very strategic way of working. But Harper has also done her bit. She's so well behaved,' she gushed to British newspaper The Telegraph.

Victoria and David firmly believed they would have another boy when they discovered she was pregnant. They were initially told that was the case, with the star recalling she thought, 'Yay, no penis!' when she was told Harper was a girl.

Victoria is famed for her slender figure and quickly got back in shape after the birth. She discussed the best way to drop pregnancy pounds with Gwyneth Paltow over dinner, who advised her to visit trainer Tracy Anderson's studio. She now does that six times a week, and works out with her own fitness expert called Autumn.

'It's actually quite nice to get out of an elasticated waist and into fashionable clothes again,' Victoria laughed.

The 37-year-old star has been spotted out and about in New York City with Harper Seven, but the baby didn't attend her show yesterday.

'It's the first time we've been separated. I just want her with me all the time. But it would have been too noisy for her at the show,' she said.
