Victoria Beckham Reveals How She Gets Back in Shape
Former Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham is sharing how she is getting back in shape, after giving birth to daughter Harper Seven. And she has a whole new issue of Now Magazine to help her reveal her secrets.
The magazine said that the mother of three has talked about her ‘shape-up secrets’ for everyone to read, as it hits the stands on August 15, 2011.
Emphasizing that Victoria is not on a crash diet for her comeback in September, Now Magazine noted that the mother of three is almost getting there. Thanks to her weightloss regimen called “Yogalosophy”- a combination of yoga and astrology.
According to Now Magazine, Yogalosophy is a technique followed by celebrities like Jennifer Aniston that uses yoga and combining it with astrology. It ‘aims at aligning the body and mind’ which then could help one lose weight. And Victoria, the magazine added, has strictly been following the plan devised by Aniston’s instructor, Mandy Ingber.
The 37-year-old is sure to be back in shape before she makes her comeback on September 11, set by the socialite, herself to reveal her new collection at New York Fashion Week.
