Victoria Beckham’s Secret for Losing Baby Weight? The 'Five Hands' Diet


“Victoria wants to be in the best shape she can in time for New York Fashion Week,” a source told fashion magazine Grazia.

“Five days after giving birth, she started eating five high-protein meals a day accompanied by green vegetables, drinking gallons of water, and only snacking on goji berries and nuts.”

Ms. Beckham, 37, who gave birth to daughter Harper Seven last month, gained about 21 pounds during her pregnancy, and is aiming to return to her former physique by Fashion Week, from Sept. 8 to 15, the newspaper reports. The fashion designer and former Spice Girl is reportedly also doing Pilates exercises, which the Daily Mail says helped her slim down after giving birth to her three sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8 and Cruz, 6.
